Creating Results Ltd. was formed in 2002. My clients are business owners, directors and middle managers, working in a variety of environments such as the financial sector, health and IT. What they have in common is a desire to enhance their performance and achieve an integrated work-life balance.
I have made several major career changes, which has provided me with experience of working in diverse environments and cultures (including Education, the Media and I.T.). Throughout my life I have been at the edge of social change and in that respect a pioneer. As a result I regard myself as an agent and advocate for change. My passion is to support excellence and help my client’s connect with their authentic leader and dare to be their best.
I have been coaching since 2002 although my interest in personal growth
goes back over 20 years. I am passionate about people, their potential
and growth. Coaching is a relatively new profession as yet unregulated.
I am a Ce
rtified
Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), which is recognised by the International
Coaches Federation (ICF). I am also a member of ICF and adhere to their
code of ethics.
I regularly give presentations to groups such as the Institute of Directors, Institute of Marketing, Women in Management, Rotary Clubs. I have made several appearances on BBC Radio Gloucestershire.
